OBVS EDUCATION STUDIO / YOUR DATA

Your learning.
Your private record.

This page explains how this course workspace handles account and learning data. It supplements the OBVS privacy policy.

Personal access

OBVS issues individual invitations and can pause or restore course access. Accounts store your name, email, a protected password verifier and session records. Invitations and recovery links expire and can be used once. OBVS sends invitation emails to approved learners. You can request a password reset using your sign-in email. Account emails are delivered through Resend and include your name, email address and a private, time-limited account link; your password is never included. OBVS keeps delivery-status records to support account access. A reset request does not change your password until you complete it. Email link tracking is disabled. See Resend’s privacy policy.

Saved learning records

Your notes, diagnostic drafts, explored lessons and practice runs are saved under your account. Another learner cannot access them. Old shared-browser notes are never imported automatically. Reading a page or saving practice work does not count as an assessed pass.

AI coaching

When you send a tutor message, the message, selected course material and a limited portion of your tutor conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The conversation is saved in your OBVS account. Requests disable OpenAI response storage; this does not mean that all provider operational or abuse-monitoring retention is disabled. See OpenAI’s data controls.

Use fictional or anonymised examples. Do not enter passwords, API keys, confidential client documents or sensitive personal information into lessons or tutor chat.

Your controls

While course access is active, use Your account to export your records or reset learning progress. Tutor conversation deletion is separate. Deleting conversations does not reset usage limits. For account deletion, access changes or other privacy requests, contact OBVS Education Studio.

Human review

The tutor offers coaching and may make mistakes. Its feedback is not certification or a final assessment decision. A human reviewer decides assessed outcomes.
